Order & Delivery
How long does my order take to be delivered?
In-stock products are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to major cities is generally faster.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free for orders of 500 ₺ and above. A shipping fee of 49.90 ₺ applies to orders below this amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped you receive a tracking number, and you can follow the live status under My Account > My Orders.
Which couriers do you use?
We use our contracted carriers for domestic shipments, selecting the most suitable one for your region for fast delivery.
Product & Stock
Can I search by product name or code?
Yes. Type the product name, brand or stock code into the search box to quickly list relevant products.
Can I filter by category?
Yes. On the product listing page you can filter by category, brand, price range and features, and use the compare tool to view up to 3 products side by side.
Do you offer bulk orders for institutions/hunting clubs?
Yes — we can prepare a custom quote for corporate purchases and hunting clubs. Just reach out via WhatsApp or the contact page.
Can I write a review?
Yes. Use the "Reviews" tab at the bottom of each product page to rate and comment. Reviews are published after moderation.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT. All card transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption; your card details are not stored on our servers.
Can I order without creating an account?
We recommend signing up (free) for easier order tracking and saved addresses. Members can also save favourites, view past orders and check out faster.
Returns & Warranty
What are the return conditions?
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some items (e.g. innerwear) are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Are the products under warranty?
Electronic, optical and mechanical products are covered by the manufacturer/importer warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product — check the product page or contact us for details.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged or missing?
Please inspect the package on delivery. Have the courier note any damage on the waybill or refuse the parcel, then contact us — we'll handle it.
