Order & Delivery
How long does my order take to be delivered?
In-stock products are usually delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to major cities is generally faster.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free for orders of 5000 ₺ and above. A shipping fee of 49.90 ₺ applies to orders below this amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number is sent via email. You can also track your order status under My Account > My Orders.
Product & Stock
Can I search by product name or code?
Yes. Type the product name, brand or stock code into the search box to quickly list relevant products.
Can I filter by category?
Yes. On the product listing page you can filter by category, brand and features.
Is bulk ordering (institution/hunting club) available?
Yes. Bulk ordering and dealer prices can be offered for corporate purchases and hunting clubs. Apply as a dealer to benefit from B2B pricing.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is installment payment available?
3-9 installment options are available through partner banks. Installment options are shown on the payment page.
Returns & Warranty
What are the return conditions?
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Opened or used products may be excluded from returns.
Are the products under warranty?
Electronic and optical products are covered by manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies by brand and product.
